Day – 1 Chandigarh to Narkanda
On arrival at Chandigarh station, our executive will receive you with a warm welcome. You will be taken to Narkanda. Reach Shimla within 6 hours and check in at the hotel. Spend the evening exploring the place on your own. Dinner & Overnight stay.
Day – 2 Narkanda to Sangla
After breakfast at Narkanda’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Narkanda. Start off your journey from Narkanda towards Sangla via Karcham – The prettiest valley in Himachal. Arrive in Sangla by evening & Check-in at your Hotel. In the evening explore the places on your own. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day – 3 Sangla to Chitkul
After breakfast at Sangla’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Sangla. Today you will be taken to Chitkul. Chitkul is the last inhabited village situated near the Indo-Tibet border at a distance of 20 km from Sangla. This village lies on the right bank of the River Baspa. The most popular attraction of this village is the temple of the local goddess ‘Chitkul Maathi’ also known as ‘Mata Devi’. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel/camp.
Day – 4 Chitkul to Kalpa – Nako
After breakfast at Chitkul’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Chitkul. Today you will be taken to Kalpa and Nako. Drive to Nako. En route visit Kalpa – The District Headquarter of Kinnaur. Kalpa was known as Chini back in the days when it was the Regional Capital. Kalpa has changed little in the last 500 years. Each & every corner of Kalpa faces Jorkanden & the Kinner Kailash Peaks, considered as one of the mythical homes of Lord Shiva & by its side is a 79-foot rock formation that resembles a Shivalinga that changes its colour as the day passes & is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. In the evening you can visit Buddhist Gompa – Hu Bu LAN Kar. Arrive in Nako, check into the hotel and enjoy Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day – 5 Nako to Tabo – Kaza
After breakfast at Nako’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Nako. Today you will be taken to Tabo and then Kaza. Tabo Monastery constructed in 996 AD; – not just in Spiti but in the whole of the Tibetan Buddhist world is called Chogs – Khor [‘Doctrinal Circle’ or ‘Doctrinal Enclave’]. It is a complex that holds 9 Temples, 23 Chortens, and a Monk’s Chamber & Nun’s Chamber. The monastery contains a large number of Scriptures & Pieces of Art, Wall Paintings & Stucco. En-route visit Dhankar Gompa, the traditional Capital of Spiti, which sits pretty on a hilltop. Today, more than 160 Lamas reside here. A Statue of Dhyan Buddha where four complete figures of Buddha sit back to back is the main attraction of this more than 7th Century old Monastery Arrive at Kaza & check in to your Hotel. Day – 6 Kaza Local Sightseeing
After breakfast at Kaza’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour of Kaza’s local sightseeing. By Visiting Ki Monastery & Gete Village (Highest Motorable Connected Road In World) & Kibber Village For The Ancient Monastery Built On What Is Believed To Have Been A Crater Of An Extinct Volcano. The Gompa Situated Above The Village Is One Of The Best Preserved In The Region. On The Return Journey To Kaza, You Are Rewarded With Some Excellent Views Of The Damul Village. The guard over the pass and wards off the evil, you will reach Chandertaal Lake by afternoon and enjoy the scenic view of the lake till evening. Have dinner and overnight stay at the Camp.
Day – 7 Kunzum Pass- Chandertal
After breakfast at Kaza’s hotel then check out from the hotel of Kaza. Today you will be taken to Chandertaal. proceed towards Kunzum Pass Kunzum Pass is one of the highest motorable passes across the Kunzum range at an altitude of 4551 meters and serves as an entrance pass to the Spiti Valley from Lahul. Goddess Kunzum (Durga/Parvati) resides in a temple on the Kunzum top and keeps guard over the past and wards off evil. Have dinner and overnight stay at the Camp.
Day – 8 Chandertal to Manali
After breakfast at Chandertaal’s hotel then check out from the Hotel of Manali. Today you will be taken to Manali. Move towards Manali, On the way stop by Rohtang pass, Rani Nala, Marhi, Water Falls, Gulaba, Kothi, Palchan and Nehru Kundh. Reach Manali where the drop will be provided to you.
Day – 9 Local Sightseeing
After breakfast at Manali’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour of Manali’s local sightseeing. Visit the Manali local sightseeing tour. Start your trip by covering Hadimba Devi Temple and Ghatotkacha Temple. The temples are dedicated to Mata Hadimba (the most worshipped deity in Himachal) and her son Ghatotkacha. The clubhouse will be the next place to visit. Here, enjoy recreational activities such as Skating, disco, zip line, TT and much more. Later bathe yourselves in Sage Vashisht’s Hot Springs containing Medical properties. Nearby to the Hot spring are the temples of Lord Shiva and Lord Ram which one can visit. Overnight stay will be in a reserved Hotel.
Day – 10 Chandigarh Departures
After breakfast at breakfast Manali’s hotel. Today you will be taken to Chandigarh for departure for your onward journey, with wonderful and precious memories from the trip.
